What is the standard processing time?

Standard processing time is 7-10 business days based off of product availability. Orders are made to order and take time to process. At times, the processing time can exceed the listed time if the chef is sick or traveling but this is very rare.

Is there expedited processing available?

Yes, expedited processing is available for a $50 fee. There is a 3-5 day processing window for all expedited orders but are still subject to delay if items need to be made. Expedited processing does not mean expedited or express shipping. Standard shipping will still apply unless overnight shipping is selected.

What are my shipping options?

We offer discrete USPS 2-3 day priority flat rate shipping based off of order size. Small, medium and large flat rate options are available. Rates vary based off of current USPS rates.

Is there express shipping available?

Express overnight shipping is available for select orders. The rate is based off of order size, destination and weight and cannot be predetermined. In the event you need overnight shipping, please email us at mavco.shop@chefmaverick.com.

Is there local delivery or pick-up?

Yes, local delivery is available within a 20 mile radius area of Metro Atlanta, and Marietta. for a $50 delivery fee. There is a $60 order minimum and free delivery for orders $150 or more. Pick-up may be available upon request. Please email us to inquire about pick-up options.

Is everything gluten free & soy free?

Yes! Everything is indeed gluten and soy free! In addition, chef Mav only believes in only using the most premium non-gmo or organic ingredients.

Is everything vegan?

No, everything is not vegan but we have a wide selection of vegan options. All products are however all dairy free!.

Is everything handmade?

Yes! Everything is handmade by chef maverick and her team.

What is the refunds policy?

We have a strict no refunds policy. All orders are made to order and we do our best to ensure every item we produce is of the highest quality. Please be advised that some items are sensitive to heat, like our Mav Magic Gummies, so it is important to protect your order in the hotter months with Melt Protection. This is something we offer at an additional cost to protect your sensitive items. If products get damaged or lost in transit, that is something you will have to file a claim for with the United States postal service. In the event your order is damaged in transit, contact us via email and based off of the details, we may be able to offer you a discount on your next order.

Can I exchange an item?

Once an order is complete, there are no exchanges. In the event you would like to switch out an item while your order is still being processed, email us and as a courtesy we may be able to assist you.
